An ongoing engagement to build the creative engine and AI-powered systems Tention needs to scale acquisition without being bottlenecked by James on camera, manual ops, or organic content. Done-for-you. Creative comes first because that's where the growth lever is — automations layer in after.
A few things run as always-on threads across all three months, not as one-off deliverables. This is the core of the retainer.
Starts with a new landing page to anchor the funnel. From there, ongoing creative iteration built around the formats and angles Tention is already winning with — I review what's performing, adjust production week over week, and tune the system as we go. The engine gets sharper every month without you managing it.

What was built, what's working, and what's next. Clear accountability and a decision point every month.
Here's what I'd build first based on our conversations so far. We'll lock priorities together at the kickoff call and adjust the order to match what makes the most sense for Tention right now.
Month 1 is a creative launch. By the end of the month you'll have a new landing page, a first batch of static image ads, a first augmented talking ad built from footage you shoot, a first faceless motion-graphic ad, and a clear picture of where the rest of the creative rollout is going.
Month 2 is where the automations start, without slowing the creative engine down. Two builds this month — one kills a real ops pain point, the other takes you out of organic content creation entirely.
The ad engine doesn't pause for Month 2. Winning hooks from Month 1 inform Month 2 production. Augmented talking ads and faceless variants continue on the weekly cadence.
Month 3 is where we take what we've learned and pick the next 1–2 automations to build — based on what's actually moving the needle and what's getting in your way.
These are the automations I think matter most for Tention beyond the creative engine. They're not scheduled — they're a menu you pick from in Month 2, Month 3, and beyond, depending on what's actually working and what's hurting. Ordered roughly by how much I think each one moves the needle.
Cold email + LinkedIn, not Instagram DMs. Your ad account and DM account are the same account and Meta risk isn't worth it. Needs a platform-risk research pass before building. Once live: AI identifies prospects, drafts personalized openers, you review and send.
Past leads and churned clients sitting in your CRM. Often the highest-ROI automation you can run because the leads already know you. AI identifies the best candidates, crafts personalized outreach, and brings them back into the pipeline.
Automated ad performance alerts + a weekly summary with AI-generated recommendations delivered to you. Stops the "wait, how did last week actually do" question.
AI-assisted Klaviyo flow buildouts for Mohamed's team. Pre-built templates with proven trigger logic, AI copy drafts per client. Cut buildout time from hours to minutes. Take on more clients without adding headcount.
Multi-touch sequences for warm leads who aren't ready to buy yet. Keeps the pipeline warm without anyone manually chasing.
PandaDoc → Stripe → intake form → Discord access → kickoff call scheduling as one connected flow. You said this wasn't even top 3, but liked the idea — so it lives on the menu.
Hands-off for you. Hands-on from me.
I build the systems, you use them. I'll walk you through how everything works so you're not dependent on me, but I'm doing the heavy lifting.
